Next Level Homeschool’s website is intended for users who are at least 7 years old. Students under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the site or enroll in classes. When creating an account or registering for a class, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All content on the site—including course materials, videos, graphics, downloads, and logos—belongs to Next Level Homeschool or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. When you enroll, you are given a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not copy, share, upload, distribute, modify, or resell any content without written permission.
You agree to use the site responsibly. This means you will not use it for illegal or harmful purposes, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, upload viruses or malicious code, interfere with the site’s operation, or use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to collect content or data.
All payments to Next Level Homeschool are governed by the following policies:
Next Level Homeschool does not offer refunds or credits once payment has been made, unless a class is canceled by us. Enrollment secures your student’s place in the specific class(es) selected for that semester.
If your student is unable to participate, you may arrange for another student to purchase your spot directly from you. Next Level Homeschool will not be involved in any financial transactions related to this transfer. You must provide us with the new student’s contact information so we can update our system. All transfers must be completed no later than the end of the first week of class.
We do not issue refunds or credits for enrollment errors. Please carefully review your selections before submitting payment, including checking prerequisites and confirming you have not already enrolled in the course.
All course deadlines are firm. No extensions are granted for any reason. Final reports are issued the Friday after a class closes. You will have one week from the following Tuesday to download and print the final report for your records. After that time, reports are permanently removed from our system. Please mark these dates on your calendar.
For courses that include labs, some activities may involve potentially hazardous materials. In such cases, labs are optional and will be demonstrated via video. If your student chooses to complete a lab at home, it must be done under direct parental supervision, and the parent assumes all responsibility and risk.
By making a purchase, you agree to follow those policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect your information, and by using the site, you agree to those practices.
At times, we may use third-party platforms such as Canvas or Vimeo to deliver class content. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Next Level Homeschool is not responsible for outages, disruptions, or issues that occur on third-party platforms.
The Next Level Homeschool website is provided to you “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Next Level Homeschool makes no express or implied warranties regarding the website or any classes sold on the site. This includes, but is not limited to, any guarantees about the educational results you may achieve when using our materials. Every child is unique, and what works well for one student may not work the same way for another.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Level Homeschool, LLC, along with its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners, from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from your use of the website or your violation of these Terms of Use. This obligation continues even after you stop using the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Homeschool and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages related to your use of the website. This includes damages resulting from your use or inability to use the site; interruptions, errors, or termination of services; or reliance on any information provided on or linked through the site.
You agree that the Next Level Homeschool website is considered to be based solely in the State of Georgia. The site is considered a passive website and does not create personal jurisdiction over Next Level Homeschool in any state other than Georgia.
If a dispute arises, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, and agree that this is the proper venue for any legal action.
You also agree that any claim or legal action related to your use of the Next Level Homeschool website or these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arises. If it is not filed within that time, it will be permanently barred.
Next Level Homeschool may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
