Privacy Policy

Next Level Homeschool collects certain information in order to provide classes and operate our website effectively. This includes personal information provided by families, such as a parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, as well as the student’s name, email address, and age. We also collect registration details, including the courses a student enrolls in, and payment and billing information, which is processed securely through third-party payment providers. In addition, we automatically collect limited usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the site, and similar technical details. We use cookies and related technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly if you do.

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain our educational services, communicate with families about classes and policies, support instructors in delivering coursework, improve the functionality and user experience of our site, ensure compliance with academic and financial policies, and meet legal obligations.

Next Level Homeschool shares information only when necessary to provide services. This may include sharing relevant student information with instructors for the classes in which a student is enrolled, or with trusted service providers such as learning management systems (Canvas) and payment processors (Stripe). If a family requests funding support through a state program or third-party provider, we may share required information with that program. We may also disclose information if required to comply with the law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our organization or users. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We take student and family privacy seriously. Communication with students is primarily related to coursework and use of our learning management system (Canvas), and parents are copied on official correspondence. Student data is shared only with teachers responsible for their courses. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and students under the age of 13 may only participate with verified parental consent.

Our website is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand and consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

If Next Level Homeschool is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Families will be notified by email and/or a prominent notice on our website if such a transfer occurs, and the information will remain protected under this Privacy Policy or a successor policy that provides equal or stronger protections.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information; however, no method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Families are encouraged to use strong passwords and keep their devices updated and secure.

Depending on your state of residence, including states with specific privacy laws such as California, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. These may include the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, or restrict or object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, you may contact us at the email address listed below.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Next Level Homeschool is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and families should review their policies before engaging with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated Date” will reflect the most recent version. Families will be notified of significant updates by email, learning platform announcements, or our newsletter. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
