In this 2nd of 4 classes in the full year General Biology series, we'll go inside the workings of the building blocks of life- cells. We'll learn all about what they are and how they work, the role they play in genetics, and how genetics has shaped life through evolution.
This in-depth course will take students from the most primitive animals on earth (sponges), through the first predators (jellies, anemones, and corals), and end with the weird and wacky worms!
An intensive, lab based course that will explore snails, bivalves, octopus, squid, cuttlefish, shrimp, crabs, lobster, seastars, urchins, and sea cucumbers!
In this 3rd of 4 classes in the full year General Biology series, we're ruling over the kingdoms- the six kingdoms of life, that is! We'll uncover the mysteries of Archaebacteria, Bacteria, Protists, Fungi, Plants, and Animals while learning all about the forms and functions of each.
In our final installment of our year of Earth Science, we’ll focus on the hydrosphere (freshwater and the oceans) and our atmosphere- including meteorology and climate.
