In this 2nd of 4 classes in the full year General Biology series, we'll go inside the workings of the building blocks of life- cells. We'll learn all about what they are and how they work, the role they play in genetics, and how genetics has shaped life through evolution.
This in-depth course will take students from the most primitive animals on earth (sponges), through the first predators (jellies, anemones, and corals), and end with the weird and wacky worms!
This class is the first in a series of three classes that will make up a full year of Earth Science! We’ll cover the Earth’s surface, including mapping, minerals, and rocks. Lots of hands on labs and projects!
An intensive, lab based course that will explore snails, bivalves, octopus, squid, cuttlefish, shrimp, crabs, lobster, seastars, urchins, and sea cucumbers!
